Absolutely love Dave and his company never failed yet in providing a wonderful service from beginning to end. Very polite and caring. My fitter Adam was a joy to have within the home and as well as a superb professional job he and such a lovely nature and loves his craft. I went to the shop a few years back and ordered carpet and underlay. When the carpenter arrived to fit it. I noticed he didnt have underlay... when I question why he wasnt laying underlay as well. He said the underlay is already attached to the carpet. (But it didnt look like the underlay I choose separately) I let him get on with the job as I was so desperate. When he finished the carpet felt and looked flat. Last week I decided used a different company, when he measured up I was told there was no underlay under my existing carpet. Make sure you get what you paid for.
