This doctors surgery has improved a lot since the stress of covid. For years now, it has been getting better receptionists with caring attitudes towards patients about their private ailments. They have a chemist on site, so you can get prescriptions straight away when the surgery prescribes it. The only issue is the chemist sometimes do not have what you need or want in stock.

Super bad GP centre you can imagine. Not managed well . Doctors look at google to prescribe medication. The staff all got bad attitudes . They make so much mistakes. They will not help you but they will give you as much as trouble they can give you . Not value for tax payers money . stone to death is less punishments for them .

Waits 79minutes to get out through to receptionist for an appointment for my 5 year old who has symptoms of strep A. To get to 12minutes and have someone answer and then end the call without saying anything at all. Yet Ill walk in to the gp and your receptionist are doing nothing other than sitting there having a giggle amongst each other. As if kids arent dying with this illness and then have the cheek to tell me dont come into clinic for an appointment!! How else are our children given the care theyre legally allowed to access.

I not cant get Telephone appointment between 8am 9am And also from NHS app it is not appointment to book Very slow and low service
