We used these guys for a burner install and external flue. Im so pleased we used them as the install went so smoothly. They really did a professional job, everythings flush, straight/ plumb and installed to an amazing standard. There was no mess left after the install everything was swept and cleared up and youd wouldnt of known theyd been. Owners are very professional and easy to deal with, communication was good and I cant recommend them highly enough.

Yes, exactly what we were looking for - professional, knowledgeable and on time service. Clint and his colleague followed the COVID rules when coming over to fit our new wood burner, which was appreciated. They were on time on both occasions, took care not to cause any damage whilst installing the burner and were very tidy, didn't leave any mess behind. Clint explained everything about new burner (stickers, legal side of things should we move the house, how to operate it, etc.). If buying a wood burners would be something you do on regular basis, I would deffo come back :-)

I had a stove installed in 2018 by Cottage Stoves. All has been great but recently I noticed some water getting into the surrounds, 2 days after contacting them they were at my house to look at the problem. The problem was found right away and fixed 30 minutes later! Very happy with the service and honesty from them. Highly recommend! (They are also very cleans in terms of work and also with regards to Covid, wearing masks whenever inside the house and keeping a distance. Very impressed)
