Edit. Yes this was the car sales business off the main through road, the entrance certainly was too high for my car to drive over without scraping my car and no there was literally no one there even though I had phoned beforehand (admittedly I arrived 30 minutes after I said I would).
Second edit.. Yes the car sales place in the old petrol station, I am talking about the correct place.... I'm not sure why you are arguing

Its already broken, weve been told hes unable to drive it due to the amount of problems with the car. Over 2k worth of parts is needed!
Never car shop here!

One could argue that the faults have come about due to "wear and tear" since we've bought the car, which logically speaking is very unlikely, but no car sub-frame corrods in 10 months... Had a phone call with Prudential Motors and explained the problem, but I've been told it's not "their problem" as they don't do the MOTs themselves and that I should ask the garage which THEY WORK WITH why the corrosion hasn't been picked up (?). I've also been asked to write an email and that the "manager" will get back to me. Exactly four weeks have passed by and I am yet to hear back from the "manager".
So in conclusion: those looking to buy a car with a fairly done MOT from a dealer with after se customer service should definitely look somewhere else...
