Whitchurch Post Office

Absolutely awful, the queue is always out the door because the people behind the counters are terrible slow and look like they would rather be anywhere else! 3 days in a row Ive tried to drop a parcel off thats already got prepaid postage on and still cant get close to the front of the queue in my lunch hour!

Two stars for lack of staff knowledge about postal rates to Northern Ireland. The server told me that as the packages were to Ireland I had to pay international rates. I pointed out the postcode to no avail. I later returned after checking and in fairness the member of staff apologised as they were made aware of their error after closing. In summary, at least one person on shift needs to have the knowledge.

Almost comical how rude the staff are. The two women seemed annoyed I was able to collect a parcel.
