After years of back and shoulder pain, and having exhausted a range of treatments without resolution, I was lucky enough to be recommended to this spa. Julie's knowledge is incredible - she is able to swiftly identify problem areas and correct using a range of techniques - I cant recommend enough.

Julie is an amazing woman! Shes super talented and knowledgeable. Iv been a few times now with shoulder pain and every time I leave with no pain and feel light. She gives tips how to improve things and is always smiling.

Cannot recommend Julie highly enough, and see little point going elsewhere - she not just fixes your problems, but also helps spot potential future weak spots before they become problematic. On top of this, she's a beautiful soul of a woman who is so radiantly likable, making the session feel like mind therapy as well as body.

Julie is quite simply magic. The first time I went was recommendation from a friend. I had lost all my grip and as an electrical engineer not being able to squeeze pliers etc was a worry. Over 2 yrs visited the doctors several times but just came away with a print out of exercises and said rest. Julie took one look at me and said I have a trapped nerve. Amazingly 1hr later my hands worked again and now are back up to normal strength. I should have gone back sooner for maintenance as 47 yrs of neglect needs more than 1hr. I currently have a frozen shoulder that we are working on after just another session it already feels better. From now on i'll be going at least once a month. Tim

Cant speak highly enough of Ju, Ive suffered with back pain and pain in a lot of my joint due to doing a lot extreme sports. Ive been to everything that should have help but nothing did. Since coming to Ju I feel great, its a first time in a long time I havent been in pain
