        My mum may or may not have been moved from Shrewsbury to Whitchurch but they (Shrewsbury) don't seem bothered trying to assist finding where she is. Whitchurch appear to be 'closed' to answering the phone and/or one option (I'm trying them all but not sure my mum will be found on the midwife section at 86) says call between 2.30 and 3.30pm! So my very aged mum could be anywhere in the system and I can't 'find' her :-(

        Amazing service, all staff were delightful, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic communication whilst my gran was in hospital there!

        Very rude nurse when I went in with chest pain said we will just call you a ambulance ya may as well have done that yourself .. didnt even put her coffee and biscuits down
