Be very careful when booking this property as the owners will cancel at short notice. We booked The Old Workshop in September 2022 for a trip in February 2023. The owners cancelled our booking with just 4 weeks to go leaving us to try and find a property, in half term week, that could accommodate 7 persons. They said they needed it for their own use yet took 4 and a half months to let us know. Why didnt they realise at the time of our booking! Maybe they didnt need it then? They seem to have little regard for their actions and the difficulties they cause for their customers. We will certainly not re-book.

Quiet location but great house, each bedroom having an ensuite is a real plus

Stayed in the joining barn, which can be rented for larger families due to the inner connecting door. Lovey family run working farm. Just 6 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon.

I would be very happy to stay here again. It's a great location, convenient for meeting friends and family from other parts of the country. The Apple House has two en-suite bedrooms and a spacious lounge/kitchen. All rooms were nicely decorated and adequately furnished. There were a few little maintenance issues, but nothing major and nothing that detracted from our stay. We appreciated the little touches that made us feel welcome on arrival. Highly recommended.
