Kailan was a great find for me who had a neglected that really needed someone who knew what they were doing to get it back on the road. He turned when he said he would. Sorted my bike that needed a bit of attention and even gave me a free tyre as he had a spare. His prices were very reasonable and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I would highly recommend him. Top bloke. Loves his bikes

I took my bike in to upgrade and fit my new new calipers and discs. Firstly I rang rideMountains to consult their opinion on some new brakes for my bike. Kailan, was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the options and benefits of the differing brands available to me, that would cater to my riding ability, skill and style. He gave me a very reasonable quote for the installation of the brakes. When I dropped my bike off, it was a very professional and organised setup. Once the work was completed, he offered a drop off service, or for me to come and get my bike, he gave me a run down of how to maintain the bike and how to get the best out of my brakes. it has been a simple, polite, and enjoyable experience. I would seek his advice on future bike requirements.
