My acupuncture treatment with Teresa was, and is brilliant. I suffer with extreme travel sickness causing much anxiety and worry before any holiday. After some sessions with Teresa, before my holidays last week, l can honestly say I never felt so well and confident whilst travelling. Car, plane and even sail boat where not a problem, and the sea got pretty rough. I was so happy and relieved and so was my husband who usually has to wait outside various toilets for me! I highly recommend Balance Acupuncture, it really works for me. Teresa is lovely, the studio is a calm safe space. The needles dont hurt in fact its a pleasant feeling with 30 mins of deep relaxation.

I am on my 4th treatment with Teresa and look forward to each visit. Teresa is warm, friendly and nothing is too much trouble for her. I visited primarily for pain relief but Teresa's way of treating me as a whole not just an ailment has had a massive positive effect on my overall health and wellbeing and not just an improvement in my pain levels. For anyone who is suffering with pain, anxiety, sleepless nights or for someone who just wants to give themselves some much needed "me" time and relaxation, this is the place for you.

Im hooked! I came in with primarily complaining of migraines, for which I take daily (supposedly) preventative medication and after 4 weeks, Ive noticed a huge benefit. The sessions have been the highlight of the past few weeks and I go away feeling better generally as I go into the next week. I feel less sluggish and hazy in the mornings, and my nights have been smoother since Ive been a patient of Teresas. She has also has been treating me for pain related to an old injury which had flared up in the past few months - I was astonished and I am so thankful to feel relief from the pain which affected me daily. I will keep going to Teresa for the truly amazing, restorative work she does; I recommend her endlessly to others.

Such a lovely experience having ear acupuncture here. Relaxing rooms, wonderful treatment-great for well-being, and Teresa's calm,caring,warm manner makes the experience so personal. Can't recommend enough-I will be returning for more plus exploring pain relief treatments.

First ever Acupuncture treatment and I was a bit nervous From the calming ambience of the treatment rooms to the professional and friendly Teresa it was all very impressive. Teresa took a full history from me first and then took me through to the treatment room. I would highly recommend Balance Acupuncture and I will be rebooking soon.
