We had really useful advice from Faye with getting our four year old to sleep independently through the night. Alongside all the advice we were also given lots of reassurance to give us the confidence to stick with it. We are less than a couple of weeks in and have already seen huge progress. We would most warmly recommend Blissful Bambino to any parents who are struggling with their little ones to sleep but dont want to leave them to cry alone. Faye came and observed our bedtime routine in person (August 2022) and had a detailed meeting with us in which she gave us advice tailored to our babys needs. Our nightly wake ups have reduced with the support weve been given. Thankyou!

Blissful Bambino are amazing! We have worked with Faye to help with the sleep of both of our children. She was so warm, supportive and reassuring from our first meeting to every follow up email. She gave brilliant advice and helped create a sleep plan that fitted with what we felt comfortable with. There was never a question about leaving our children to cry and Faye always helped us get back on track when teething or developmental changes put hurdles in our path. We now have two children who healthily self settle at naps and bedtime. We have recommended Blissful Bambino to friends as their kind, nurturing approach has been invaluable to us. Sophie was an amazing help and her assistance with our son changed our lives - after not sleeping properly for three years it was wonderful to see such quick results. Definitely recommended.
