        Advertised changed opening times by a bit of paper and not updating their website. Finding out that is shut after you arrive is not useful

        Only went in the Post office to post a parcel ,to be told there was a problem with the till and to return in 15 minutes which I did on my return the young girl was so rude and told me it wasnt working no apology very rude .

        Went here today to buy stamps, we are not local. The 2 ladies serving were very rude unhelpful not a good experience. Every where else in whitby has been a joy. Next visit I will bring my own stamps to save disturbing these 2 women.
