        Beware!! I contacted the Whitby Photographer to explain that I wanted to place an order to be delivered in time for my mothers 90th birthday. He responded to say that it would be possible to arrange delivery once Id placed my order which I did. After this initial contact I did not receive a response to my emails, and found to my disappointment that he had cancelled my order (on his website) without my knowledge. At short notice I had to make alternative arrangements. He did not respond and did not refund my money! Fortunately I had paid through PayPal and I eventually got my money back through their buyer protection scheme after they had found in my favour. He did not even respond to PayPal! If you read the reviews this has happened before!
