        Visited for some advice whilst on holiday in Whitby because one of our dogs had bumps all down her back and head and was really irritable. The lady there took time out to examine our dog & advise us she had Harvest Mites, she treated her with a spray to ease her skin & gave us some shampoo to further calm the condition until we could get her to a vet. Staff were exceptionally informative and understanding considering we weren't regular customers - would recommend them for their knowledge and caring toward our pets - and if we lived nearby they would be our regular groomers. Excellent Service.

        Brought Jack our Springer Spaniel for a cut and groom today. We are so very pleased with how he has been done. He has been expertly cut with full attention to our instructions. His feathers have been trimmed to perfection. He looks so clean and smells beautiful too. We will definitely be coming again as we know Jack will be taken care of. Thank you so much. Stephen & Mia
