        I arrived in Sandsend and realised I'd left the charger for my wheelchair. I rang Whitby DAG in a panic but they were shut. Oh no! I left a voice message and within minutes, despite being closed for the weekend a lovely men returned my call and arranged a loan for my stay. Wonderful organisation with lovely people.

        I rented a disability buggy as I've got mobility issues. It was delivered to our hotel and picked up from there too. Friendly on the phone and very helpful
