Whitby Court is always clean, tidy and the staff strive to give the residents the highest quality of person centred care. The residents have a great activities programme keeping them mentally and physically active throughout the day. The staff team as a whole try their hardest to provide the best support to residents, relatives, visitors and other staff through good and harder times. It is a happy and loving environment to live and work. The staff are always finding ways to support local businesses and charities and are often invited to award events and celebrations in care.
The residents always seem to be happy and regularly mention that they feel safe and feel like they can voice any concerns if they had any.
