Went into Whitby shop to look at Clogau Wedding Rings, Zoe the Sales Assistant was so kind, helpful and friendly, my ring size was not available and she rung around the other shops to try and find my size ring, when she could not find it I left my phone number with her, she contacted me as soon as she managed to get a ring my size and rang me when it arrived in the shop, I was very grateful for her help, will be back in to purchase more items very soon

My husband bought me a Whitby Jet ring for our wedding anniversary. I wanted a ring to match a pair of Jet earrings previously purchased from Whitby and a Jet pendant I had from Helmsley. The sales assistant (Eleanor Marshall) was very helpful and found me a ring. I needed a bigger size and while we waited she rang the other jewellers shop to see if they had my size. Unfortunately they hadnt, but I had one made in my size and it arrived by post today. Thank you. It looks lovely.
