Whitby Harbourside Holiday Cottages

Our second visit to Stables Cottage with our Whippet Harry. Hes happy & relaxed here. If hes happy, were happy. Its home from home and has everything you could need. The big plus point for us is that it is set back from the main road while having easy access. Virtually no passing foot traffic. Fabulous if you have a reactive dog. It gets a 10 out 10 from us and Harry.

wren cottage is a small cottage, 1 bedroom,.kitchen ,diner,lounge room rolled into one . almost big enough to swing a cat. If you dont leave the cottage absolutely spotless , to an impossible high standard for the owners when you leave , they will complain and whinge , even if is you have left a crumb on the table or wherever. no matter how you clean up after yourselves it is not good enough for them. (The owners following response to a disabled person especially when staying there was interrupted by water board coming at all times in to the property, does not count for anything ) ( make what you will from my review and their attitude )

We had a very nice 3-day stay in lovely Stables Cottage (couple with 1 dog) in the end of May. Liked the location and the design of the flat, also well equipped for its category. Parking space can be a little challenging but not impossible. Had a wonderful time exploring some of the nearby coasts and of course Whitby itself! Would definitely recommend!
