The location, although brilliant for being close to Whitby centre, is hard to find. A bit confusing as the street is listed as John Street on one side and Havelock Place on the other. Normanby Terrace is a little alleyway - do not go up it as there is no parking. It brings you round to the back of the houses. You can park on the street as you get parking permits supplied but don't use your car if possible or you may not get your space back!
Easy to get into the place. We were in apartment 4. Nothing wrong with the apartment but plates etc needed a clean and there were smear marks on the toaster, microwave and table. Other than that no problems. Wifi spot on.
Apartments were quiet and close to bars etc. Would go back but above points need addressing.
