Sea Breeze

We read the reviews after booking and were extremely worried about our visit to this place but it wasn't as bad as we expected. The room was clean and had everything we needed BUT it wasn't the room advertised in the pictures (which we mainly based our stay on). Instead of a bright sea view room, we were in the basement and the only view we had was of people's feet walking past on the street outside and the room was cold and dark. Getting in the place wasn't easy as there are no staff and you just have to go by the info you're sent and use codes. We managed to find a parking space close by but you would really struggle if you visited at a busy time of year. We had to use parking meters which were mostly not working properly and tried 3 before we managed to get a ticket. The price is purely based on the location as nothing else about this place is worth the money.

My daughter & son in law just checked in & shes rung me in tears ! Stained sheets , damp atmosphere & full of flies ! Shame on you for not refunding them so they can find somewhere else to stay , they heading home . Do not book !!!!!! Rooms: Disgusting and dirty

It is a room and a bed I suppose. My husband booked as a get away and honestly I was so uncomfortable in the room. WiFi is a joke (have to connect via telly), tv on the blink, needed help with something and no customer service (they don't answer phone) not very well coming, felt like a cold hostel really. Guess get what you pay for (I will be booking/planning future weekend aways) I hate leaving bad reviews. (Seems from reviews it is hit and miss with people) reason I'm leaving one is that they never answered the phone. Location is okay, was in basement room (so no Seaview for us) would have been better if could limit time in the room. (sadly weather was awful, nothing worse than being cold and wet to return to a room where we couldn't get warm, comfortable or connect to wifi)
