Had to get a lucky duck for everybody, have come here for years to introduce people to what it's all about. Love that each one is handcrafted - keeps the magic going

Only gave one star because of the young girl that served me when I bought 4 ducks she was having a constant conversation with the other member of staff the whole time and only looked at me to tell me the total cost of my purchase really dreadful customer service I worked for many years in retail and would have been severely told off for ignoring a customer like that. Please give your staff some training in customer service. Sorry for the one star review.

We came here yesterday the items were beautiful we got 2 lovely glass gifts and I got to the till to pay and the lady wrapped them and put them in a biggish box but they had little boxes on counter they would fit it I asked the lady are they in separate boxes or both in 1 box and her attitude was awful yes I'd I put them separate they won't fit and will smash by the time u get them home I said I was just asking as they were found to separate homes no need to be so rude
