Robertson's chips away

We went to this Halal fish n chips in Whitby after recommendation from a friend as halal food is hard to find sometimes at a seaside. We were Disappointed with the portion size. It was more of a kiddies portion with Just a few chips. For the price we were not satisfied with what we received. Not value for money at all when compared to the one Wev had in Scarborough and St Annes.

Worse fish on the coast. Very small fish. Batter pale and undercooked. Vinegar was more water than vinegar. Avoid. there are loads of fish shops around non can be as bad as Chips Away pricey too.

Google and Facebook stated it was open on Saturday dinnertime. We went specially as they have a vegan menu to find it closed. No signs in the window etc.

Really pleased with this. Made to order gluten free at a good price. Quality was excellent, some of the best chips I've had from a chippy. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options Available

Good Chip Ship, sit in or take away, reasonably priced when I was last in years ago compared to others. reommended.
