Awful dentist I would avoid they ruin your teeth and then leave you to suffer very very unprofessional they do not care about the patients they wont phone you to let you know of a cancellation and then they try to manipulate you into thinking your the one in the wrong you will not be looked after and youll only end up with no teeth and mental health problems!!! Avoid like the plague

The very first visit to this practice was about 4 years ago and they were very good, since then their service has been terrible. They have cancelled 3 appointments over the last 9 months then finally we got an appointment for 29th July. We were so glad that they hadn't cancelled this one. Our appointment were for 2.30pm.When we got there at 2.10pm the big wooden gate was locked even though their supposed lunch break was over (1pm -2pm) according to their answerphone message and the wall plaque next to the gate.We waited 30 mins wondering what the hold up was, I rang their phone number and left a message asking what was going on. Eventually a man passing by asked us if we were waiting for the dentests, when we answered yes we were stunned to be told the practice had closed down 3 weeks previously. Considering we travelled nearly 20 miles from Scarborough to Whitby for the appointment you can imagine the air turned blue!!!!! Their web page even today 30th July states they are open. What a bloody shambles.

Miss Hussain is the best dentist I have ever had. She was really understanding, took time to explain everything and gave the most thorough check. As a somewhat nervous patient, I was totally at ease. Highly recommended.

This dentist is uncareing and is only interested in taking your money . They are also very expensive . I would not recomend them to anyone .

I have had several visits to this dental practice & was under the care of Dr. N Hussain Dr Hussain was always very polite & always took the time to explain what treatment i needed and what it entailed. The treatments i received were first class and i was always made to feel at ease throughout the work been done. I can't thank Dr. N Hussain enough for all her amazing work done for me. Very Highly Recommended
