Rejects from the charm school! Ive had to use this shop in the past 3 days to post some items, first Time Machine isnt working (but wouldnt check to see if it was) might be working later leave tomorrow, I went back and all was posted, the next day I called back to use the print and pay machine, it took my money and didnt print a label, the two refugees from the charm school didnt want to help, young lady with tattoos went missing that quick and a older lady didnt know what to apart from nothing to do with us! Refused to phone a manager or offer any help. I think this shop only survives to being close to the job centre, close to the bus station.

WoW. Never had an issue here till last week I had to wait while the young blonde lass sent her msg or finished using her phone to then be told she had no pennies for my 1p change. Ok no effort to apologise just simply "got no pennies" back to her phone. The 1p is irrelevant. Her attitude to her work and surroundings was appalling. I then returned a few days later an made a light hearted comment about hoping she had change this time. I think it went over her head but this time i purchased a bag which she charged me for but didn't give me. I asked can have my bag and she wanted to charge me again. This annoys me because its seems so petite but simply this girl should not be employed to deal with customers. If she has to work in your shop maybe she would be best out back with a dustpan and brush.
