Arriva UK Bus

Polite driver , clean bus and on time. However 4.50 for a single off peak journey of 6 miles from Robin Hoods bay to whitby is extorniate. For 2 of us a taxi would have been cheaper.

The two stars are because, in personal experience, the drivers are, without exception friendly and helpful. The service is unfortunately abysmal. The buses are old,dirty, unreliable & smelly on the route I use. The drivers medals for working for a company that has no interest in providing a half decent service. The fact they have cut the service in half with no buses on a Sunday is pathetic but as we have seen on transport across the spectrum with Arriva the only thing that matters is profit

Some drivers are very friendly and helpful but some arn't. Fed up of this bus not turning up. 11.17 in Cloughton Scarborough. Just been stood 40 minutes in the cold yet again. Its the only bus we can catch in our village so we are dependent on this bus. Please do something about this ad we are in our 70s don't have a car and rely on your service.
