        Freda and David were exceptionally welcoming with tea and scones upon arrival. The room is clean, spacious enough for a quick break and en suite bathrooms are a nice touch. The selection of food for breakfast is enormous, from fruit, cereals to a full English, you even get cakes or treats in your room in the evening. A quiet little B+B with hosts who put the guests first, well worth the money!

        Just had an amazing four night stay. Nothing is too much trouble for David & Freda. Tea with jam & cream scones as soon as we arrived. Brilliant breakfast with lots of choices. A nice sweet treat left in the room for your return. Listening to their local knowledge we left the car parked up and had a fantastic scenic bus ride across the North Yorkshire moors, changed buses in Middlesbrough and came back down the coast. We cant recommend Rosewood highly enough. We are planning a return visit!!! D&J
