        Shopping for clothes is good though some styles leave a lot to be desired. The cafe is appalling. Ridiculously slow set up paying & getting hot drinks. Choices of sandwiches etc., very poor. Cafe floor filthy! Not nearly good enough for a store of this calibre.

        The staff at this store were amazing today. I took my 87 year old mother in law who has dementia and lives in a home to get clothes and lingerie. All the staff were really helpful. Karen in the lingerie section was so kind and helpful to us and treated her with such dignity. I couldnt thank her enough.

        I was in need of a shirt for a wedding quickly. Very professional and kind gent measured me up and had me out the door with a perfect fitting shirt in minutes. Thanks again Sir. FYI slim fit 16.5 just as you said.
