        Came across The Swan on way back from Planters Garden Centre, looking for a place for a quick drink and sandwich. Sadly they didn't do sandwiches, so with them being seemingly quite proud of their wood fired oven we gave their pizzas a whiz. With sides of skin-on chips (slightly under done for me) and coleslaw (excellent) we had a pizza between us (salami and peppers). It certainly wasn't an average pizza. It was more reminiscent of a loaded naan bread in my opinion, but this isn't meant to be a negative point. Me and the wife polished it off. It wasn't busy and the service was excellent. Not visited here since the 1990s but I would certainly consider a revisit if in the area.
