Due to being let down by another company we were under pressure timewise to get the bathtub we wanted. Looking for a Japanese style deepsoak with spa system, David at Essential Bathing came to the rescue and managed to get us the perfect bath (The Chagoi) built up and delivered without fuss bang on time. Quality of the bath and fibreglass work looks great quality and is a great place to relax and unwind in. David was very helpful with any questions I had regarding the bath and spa system. Highly recommend Essential Bathing and their deep soak baths!

I purchased a bath from Essential Bathing for 595 plus vat. Unfortunately the bath didn't fit in the space in our bathroom as it was slightly too deep. We asked if we could return the bath (within a week) only to be told that the cost of returning the bath was 175. I would expect to pay for delivery but getting charged over 100 "to inspect" a bath in perfect condition was ludicrous. I todays Amazon world retailers like this should and will be put out of business because of their awful customer service.
