Richard was really helpful and gave me a lot of good advice. Seeing training techniques demonstrated (rather than reading from a book) has given me a lot more confidence to know what I am doing right and awareness of what not to do! I think the dog liked him too

I can't remember whether I posted a review before but this is an update. Well........what a difference! Today I met the original person who tore me off a strip from having an out of control dog. He could not believe the difference. He thought it had to be a different dog. Everyone who knew my dog from a year ago cannot believe the difference Richard gave me strategies and tools to use. He gave me hope when I was tearing my hair out. Not all of them worked. He advised using a very long lead on the beach but that became difficult to control. He advised using high value bribes and believe me this works all the time. I think the dog herself now has a clear idea of what she should be doing and what is playing and what is not. If you have a large dog and need help I cannot recommend these people more.
