Disappointing - The sales team are great. We felt very welcomed and they were very helpful when purchasing our first boat. We had our survey done independently and work was carried out on the boat to amend the issues brought up by the surveyor. This was great, however I would be wary about having work done at Whilton as we ran into issues with the work they had carried out on our engine on multiple occasions. The problem was bodged after returning the boat for nearly a week and inevitably when this broke down, just days later, the second time they came out and fixed the problem at the side of the canal. The service from these engineers was great and it got us to our mooring. However after getting our engine looked at by an independent engineer he mentioned that the problem was likely to occur again because there was signs of wear and tare already after only traveling a few miles from our breakdown spot. After reaching out to Whilton a third time regarding the same reoccurring problem we have been completely ignored as they now have their money and are not interested. Overall, I would recommend buying a boat from here over a broker but would advise you to get an independent set of eyes on any work that they have done on your boat before leaving the marina!

Got my boat lifted and put on a transporter to move onto the river. The staff were excellent. Very efficient and took great care. Quick and easy.

Brilliant service yesterday when we arrived just after closing for diesel and a pump out. After speaking to a very friendly staff member who told us they were closed, he kindly rang another man who was actually just leaving in his car. He returned and assisted us with the purchase of diesel and pump out. Definitely went the extra mile - thanks very much! Highly recommended.
