Absolutely amazing! Suzanne is brilliant at explaining why we do what we are doing, the breathwork and movement as she goes through Hatha Yoga and Nidra. Thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and would recommended it to anyone going through menopause or just looking for a good teacher.. Suzanne is the one to go and her prices are very reasonable too

Suzanne is a fantastic Yoga Instructor, her technique is Hatha Yoga with a fusion of Restorative, Yin and Nidra focusing on women's health, to encourage functional movement and breathwork. For more challenging postures Suzanne always suggests a number of variations that are easier for the least experienced students to follow; thereby ensuring that everyone benefits fully from the practice. She is happy to share her depth of knowledge and understanding on yoga philosophy, anatomical detail and the 'why' during her teaching.

I cannot rate Suzanne highly enough. I have recently been attending Hatha yoga workshops with a fusion of Restorative, Yin and Nidra. I love the focus on womens health, functional movement and breath work. I have learned correct form, the anatomical why behind it (which helps my learnings sink in!) the ancient philosophy behind the movement and breath, as well as ways to bring practices into my everyday life to improve my health and well-being overall. Suzanne is a very knowledgeable teacher who clearly cares about what she does. Suzanne explains teachings in an understandable way which has given me a much broader understanding of yoga practices overall. For the first time I feel very connected to the practice and my body. Classes and workshops are a safe space where everyone has the opportunity to honour themself and learn, which is a breath of fresh air. As a woman our health has been put on the back burner by society for so long in many different ways and it feels empowering to be in a space to claim that back!

I had my first 121 session with holistic yoga coach Suzanne. She is a very kind and professional lady Who practices Hatha Yoga, yin and nidra focusing on womens health to encourage functional movement and breathwork. Suzanne understood my struggles with yoga and helped me in anyway she could. She helped me flow and feel very relaxed and showed me all the different types of yoga and what could help with my shoulder pain. Thank you Suzanne for taking your time to help me and give me a lot of tips. I am doing so much better at yoga now and I couldnt of done it without your help.
