        My friend and I spent three nights at this Premier Inn, and would say it is excellent. In particular, we had really good service from the receptionist, Sue, who had such a cheerful greeting and manner. Together with the duty manager, she responded right away to the issues that I raised, and provided a different pillow and an additional bedside light. Thankyou!
