        The lock on my Nemesis Ultra caravan wheel lock became very difficult to unlock and remove from the wheel. One of the small locking balls in the lock had fallen out. I emailed Purpleline and was told it was covered by the 5 year warranty and a new, replacement lock was sent to me. This wheel lock is so easy to fit (you don't need to move the caravan to locate it) and the support and customer service is fantastic. If you are looking for a secure, easy fit wheel lock, look no further.

        Needed dimension for the Nemises ultra lock wheel studs , received a reply from technical service Dept. WITH pictures by email next day. AND they said it comes with 2 different size adaptors, which a lot of people, ( & me) didnt know. I'm impressed. In these trying times really pleased with their commitment and customer support James C
