Two seater garden bench sent with defective manufacturing. Apparently the quality control failed during it's manufacture. The owner of the company called, and apologised for the problems I had experienced. I was compensated for said problems and he said that he would investigate the root cause to ensure it was not repeated. Added 1 month later. This company has further contacted me, to ensure that everything is now to my satisfaction. That is surely the mark of a company that cares for it's product, it's reputation and it's customers. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again.

Amazing service it only took three days for my plant pots to come, they were well packed and the pots are perfect for my garden. Well done I will definitely shop with you again....
