Stone Connnections have recently installed my Kitchen and Bathroom worktops, they have done a fantastic job. The team are so professional and accurate in everything the have done. We used Vancouver by cosentino on the Island which looks stunning the precision and detail of cutting each piece is perfect. Stone Connections kept us in the loop the whole time and were very clear when confirming details to sign off before fabrication. We could not recommend them enough, by far the best stone fabricators around.

We have used this company four times over the last 5 years and they have always been totally professional and courteous. They have always took their time to ensure the job has been completed to our satisfaction and not left until we are happy with the work. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

When Stone Connection fitted our worktop the fitters were friendly and professional and did a good job fitting the worktop, taking their time to do a good job. However, there were 5 seams, rather than the 1 we were told there would be (wed even signed off on a technical drawing that showed just 1 seam). They took responsibility and came back to fit the worktop with just the 1 seam. However this time it was a completely different experience. The fitters werent the same fitters as before and they made it clear they werent happy to be doing the job. There was lots of moaning and blaming the cutters at the factory for not providing them with the right information. They fitted the worktop (with the 1 seam) but did the job in almost half the time of the first fitters. Whilst the worktop looked nicely fitted at first glance, the 5mm overhang that was agreed was only there in one small area of the kitchen with the worktop not even reaching the front of the cupboard doors in parts. When we complained about this they said it was due to us fitting the kitchen incorrectly and that they wouldnt rectify it. However, we had been warned in advance by Studio 35 (the intermediary kitchen design company) that if the kitchen wasnt fitted correctly, when Stone Connection came out to measure up for the worktop, we would have to pay a 50 fee for their time and they would have to come out again to measure once corrections had been made. We were happy with this and made a point of checking with the person coming out to measure the kitchen that they were happy with the fitting. They responded at the time that they couldnt see any problem. Wed advise anyone using Stone Connection to ask Stone Connection to confirm in writing that they are happy with the kitchen fitting, after they have been out to measure up, to avoid the problems we endured and are still having to live with.

Been dealing with stone connection for a couple of years now and the service is honestly fantastic. They're always on time for template and install and have a detailed attention when fitting to leave a high quality finish. Couldn't ask for more.
