Worst drs Ive ever encountered. Waited 2 weeks for a dr to sign for my partners prescription and hes been without anti depressants for this long, its just not on!! No wonder suicide rates are high when you have drs as useless as these in charge I will be making a higher complaint

after a 20 mile round trip and taking half a day off work I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled . they didnt bother trying to contact me and all I got was a "sorry I can only apologize" this dosent really work for incompetence . 0/10

Doctors are terrible don't listen to you, cant even repeat my prescription if nothing is on their records they cant help you.i struggle to get my medication correctly from them. I'm not racist but there is not one doctor there that speaks English they are very abrupt with you and don't have the time or attention span to even help you with what it is your going for. I disagree alot with this practise nd I'm actually thinking about moving back to consett just so i can actually have the help and support I need and not to be made to feel i shouldn't be coming and I'm waisting their time!
