The Village Surgery

Always very friendly and helpful. Managed to get an appointment in timely manner each time I have needed.

I cannot speak highly enough of this surgery. The reception staff have are kind and helpful, with one lady often going above and beyond, and the GPs and clinical staff are all fantastic too. I feel so lucky to have this surgery taking care of our children and me. Wanted to review as a way of saying thank you for all the hard work and for being so caring. I know its a tough time to be working in general practice and I want you to know your excellence is appreciated.

Trying to speak to my Gp and put in an automated queue, no. 1 in the queue and waiting for 20 minutes and still no response.

The service the village surgery provides for my father is just fantastic. From the receptionists to the doctors, its what old fashioned care in the community was all about. Thanks so much for all you do for my dad, its really appreciated

Today was the first time that I went to the village surgery. The receptionist was kind and the Dr was also very kind and helpful.
