I joined Wheathampstead Business group a few years ago and haven't looked back. All the attendees are great, the meetings are informative and supportive and there is a really great family feel...Ginny is excellent as the chair, as are all the other committee members. Wheathampstead Businesses does such a great job to support local businesses in Wheathampstead. I particularlylove their recent video featuring Billy the Bee - the buy local mascot. Just so important to think about shoppling locally and boosting our economy rather than letting the money leak out to multi-national chains.

Wheathampstead has a thriving business community. We know this as we, as accountants, tax and business advisers, have been in the village nearly 25 years!

Brilliantly community spirited network of local people running their businesses, WEB runs lunch & breakfast networking events, virtual events. They highlight local businesses on WEB social media, have a great little website which promotes local businesses. I'm happy to be involved in support such great people and entrepreneurial businesses.

WEB membership has been brilliant for me. I have met so many local contacts to collaborate with, had some fabulous lunchtime conversations during networking events and met some local businesses I didnt know existed whom I now use, as Im a firm believer in supporting local.
