Whashton Springs Farmhouse B & B

Whashton Springs is a truly exceptional working farm and located in such a rural area yet only 7 miles from Richmond. The farmhouse, courtyard and accommodation were so picturesque and very fitting for the location. The room offered everything we could have asked for, was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. We were offered a very substantial breakfast just what we needed to start our day. Jane, the owner, was very receptive and made herself available to meet any needs we had. What a lovely lady. Would we visit again without a shadow of a doubt. Thank you. Rooms: Extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped

On Friday morning I traveled to Yorkshire, a 4.5 hour drive to attend a motorbike event for 2 days at barden moore. I hadnt booked a place to stay and thankfully Jane had a room to put me up in for 2 nights. There was absolutely nothing to fault about Jane service and my stay at her B&B. Excellent setting on a nice picturesque family mixed farm with arable crops and livestock to see in the morning grazing near the house. Great rooms and facilities, at a well priced if not great price for the top quality service I received! On top of this a delicious breakfast! Couldve stayed there for hours taking it all in if I didnt have to get to my event in early mornings. All of this made me feel comfortable and at home when in reality I was so far from home! Thank you Jane! If the event returns to the location Ill definitely be giving you a call, in advance perhaps!
