    I have been attending Jos classes for a year now and can definitely feel the benefits. I am more flexible and the neck and shoulder pain I experienced for years after a desk bound job and driving has eased considerably. Jo is extremely patient and explains what she wants us to do carefully and precisely and why we are doing it, alongside clear demonstrations. She is encouraging and gives 1:1 feedback so I know how to improve. Would certainly recommend her classes especially to those beginners and novices like me.

    I am a keen runner and enjoy cycling and until I came to Jos class I had never done any form of yoga. I have lots of stiff joints and some nerve damage in one of my legs. I thought I would never be able to do the poses. Jo has endless patience and is kind, caring and nurturing. I am slowly improving as Jo has worked with me to improve, she is a perfectionist and explains how each pose helps strengthen the body. I can now feel the improvements and enjoy the constant challenge

    I really look forward to my twice weekly classes with Jo - once a week isnt enough! Jo is a great teacher and puts so much thought into her classes to challenge and progress your practice. Physically they really help me to relax, but also bring a sense of well being. It is never a chore to go out to the classes even on a dark winters night.

    I have been attending Jos classes for nearly four years now, I started with one class a week increasing to two a couple of years ago after seeing both the physical and mental benefits of yoga. Jo is an excellent teacher, she gives clear instructions and encouragement when needed and is welcoming to clients of all levels. I have also attended the day workshops that Jo has hosted which I have thoroughly enjoyed. Whether you are considering starting yoga or have been practicing for a long time I would highly recommend Jos classes!

    Starting yoga with Jo has been one of the best decisions Ive ever made. Ive tried lots of different classes over the years and hers are the definitely the best. The classes are fun but she also makes sure you work hard! Ive also attended Jos workshops and 1-2-1 classes. Highly recommend.
