After finding myself needing somewhere to live, I cant thank Steve Holmes enough for taking me as a tenant in one of his house shares, I couldnt have asked for a more kind and honest landlord than him, always on hand to answer any questions I had or resolve any issues that arose, so much so that I actually moved into another of his properties as I wanted my own bathroom and more room, if you need a room in a shared house I would highly recommend Steve as your landlord, he certainly goes above and beyond making your living experience a memorable and enjoyable one

I have lived in one of Steves house shares in Saltaire for almost 3 years now. He is the best landlord I have had by far. There is a cleaner included in the rent, most bills included and also broadband. For what I pay considering the room I have is quite large with a good view out towards Saltaire village, its very good value for money, its newly decorated and very modern, most furniture included and I have my own bathroom with good quality shower. The other tenants have always been friendly and helpful. Steve gets things done quickly if anything is needed and I cant think of any reason not to stay as long as I need to share. Would highly recommend him as a landlord.
