Once again I'm told to take my parcels elsewhere for delivery, I.e. Ilkley sorting office, as it's clearly not worth this so-called postmaster's time to scan and drop my very light parcels into the collection bag. "This is the last time I'm doing 'click & drop'!" was the blunt rebuffal. Well, excuse my ignorance when I thought that's the service that post office branches offer.. Apparently the post office would love my feedback, with the possibility of a 100 gift card. I'll happily oblige. Meanwhile, avoid this place if you're expecting any semblance of customer service.

It saddens me to read the negative reviews. Ive always found the owner most helpful and friendly when using the post office service. Im very grateful he took this on when the post office closed, continuing the service in the village. For all those complaining and being unkind, maybe just maybe you are part of the problem. There are significantly more in the village who always get good service with a smile

The postmaster Mr Faez Ibrahim is in the wrong job. He seems to think it is acceptable to treat his customers with rudeness and deal with them in an off hand manner. It would appear he has utter contempt for the people he is supposed to be serving! When i have wanted to send a parcel he is so unhelpful and awkward and often refers me to go to the main Post Office which is several miles away, even though his sub post office offers the posting service i require ! He is NOT helping himself by behaving in this manner and i am surprised the Post Office hasn't given him warnings about his behaviour!

The chap who runs this post office can be lovely, but unfortunately the majority of the time he is rude, grumpy and appears to have contempt for his postal customers. Entering is an unnerving experience as you have no idea which version you are going to get. Today was very much the latter!
