Poor service. Booked a viewing and test drive but was told only two days before that the car was not ready and I cannot test drive it. Took them around 10days to find a driver to deliver the car and on arrival the tyre pressure warning light was on. Not to mention many other problems with the car.

Just bought an Ibiza from here and from start to finish, Ian H was fantastic, pleasant and was really helpful through the whole process. Felt very welcomed from the minute i got onto the forecourt from Ian. Loved every minute of trying out my new car! Would definitely recommend buying from Ian H at JCT600.

Georgia has been amazing After been let down but multiple people at jct sticker lane, georgia was just amazing and so accommodating. Long story short I bought a car from sticker lane and picked it up only to find multiple problems days later with it, this was before new year we finally got them to agree to fix the problems after a lot of back and forth and we had it booked in feb, closest time they could do. We took the car to sticker lane and they had it all day from 8am they then rang me up at 4pm and said your cars not under warranty and they sent me a bill over 1k to get the problems fixed (it was under warranty and we had agreed everyone was free as the problem were there before we bought it ) Anyway the problems were not fixed that day and they were refusing to sort anything out for me. This is where I ran JCT mentson and spoke to the Georgia at the service department there, to find out straight away it was under warranty and they were looking at the wrong cars warranty. She then rang sticker lane up and spoke to them and sorted everything out we are now booked in for tomorrow thanks to Georgia, safe to say we will be dealing with JCT menston from now on because Georgia was amazing !! Stay away from sticker lane and go to menston!
