Just been to an amazing arm balance workshop. Laura and David are very knowledgeable. They have a lovely relaxed teaching style and most importantly keep you safe. I really enjoyed today and feel I have progressed my practice immensely. Thank you!

Since January I have been enjoying and benefiting from the Zen studio classes. I love the variety and choice that is on offer. Physically I feel younger, more energised and I sleep so much better. Zen teachers are welcoming and professional offering advice for your particular ability. I have tried most of the classes ( using an easy payment by use plan) and now have my favourites which are affordable using their monthly plan.

Zen studio is the perfect studio space for a great experience and lovely atmosphere. Pilates classes are super friendly and a very welcoming environment. Laura's classes are great for building strength in a balanced and gentle way. Her subtlety in keeping an eye on everyone's 'issues' is so refreshing and welcome. She knows exactly when to challenge you or look after you. I so look forward to my weekly session. Thank you Laura!

Such a beautiful space, a variety ofvwonderful classes on offer with experienced teachers. I feel totally Zen leaving the studio, thank you so much.

Laura is a brilliant teacher, her classes are the best yoga and Pilates classes I have been to and her new studio is wonderful. Such a lovely space that she has made her own. Havent tried the other new classes yet but Im excited to, and welcome the variety to the timetable.
