Fire & Ice - Cryotherapy, Thermotherapy and Ozone Therapy

I have been coming frequently for 1:1 cryotherapy with Claire at Fire and Ice. After having these sessions my overall health and well being has improved significantly. I recently pulled a muscle at the gym in my back which made it very difficult for me to work but after having an emergency session of the thermotherapy combined with cryotherapy my symptoms rapidly started to ease. I am so grateful for this wonderful place and look forward to my next session!

My friend kindly purchased us a contrast therapy experience for my birthday. This was a combination of thermotherapy, ozone therapy and the Cryo chamber. I didnt know what to expect but was completely blown away by the whole morning. Claire who owns the spa is extremely passionate and knowledgable about every aspect of wellness and I have to say, I felt the best Ive felt in months upon leaving there. She is also a lovely lady which helps you feel really comfortable. The setting and location is just stunning and Claire has paid attention to every detail to ensure the spa has a very luxurious and sophisticated feel to it. I felt relaxed and exhilarated all at the same time! On a side note, I have also slept soundly since the therapy, my skin feels amazing and my mood has been so much better. Biohackers eat your heart out and I will now be a firm regular. Thank you so much Claire for having the vision to create such a wonderful place

Found this hidden gem recently and im so glad I did! The 1:1 service, exclusive use and access to some of the most amazing technology, could spend every day here! Will definitely be making this a regular part of my quest for optimum health.

This is absolutely my new favourite place! The treatments surpassed my expectations leaving me feeling exhilarated and with a sense of well-being and balance. We booked the couples experience and will definitely be booking again. Claire provided a welcoming, fun and knowledgeable atmosphere and settled any nerves about the treatments. Cannot wait to go back!

This place is fantastic, a highly recommended addition to anyones health optimisation journey. I had a wonderfully relaxing therapeutic experience with great results - the ozone sauna and cold therapy combination truly delivered. Great detoxifying body/mind/mood/hormonal reset - all in a beautiful welcoming environment with every little last detail taken care of, down to the pH balanced water provided. Lucky to be found outside of London, through recommendation by Davinia Taylor - truly a Biohackers dream!
