Outstanding. I was forced to change my doctors because of my previous doctors boundary rules. I was literally less than 600 yards over their boundary of service. Rules are rules I suppose. I didn't want to change. However, I'm so glad I did. This practice is so helpful, professional yet maintain that family doctor feel that seems to be missing from so many services today. The staff are relaxed, very friendly and very professional. First class service!

Moved into the area 3 years ago but haven't needed to use the Doctors until recently after the birth of my son, then I also suffered a collapsed lung. Cannot say enough good things about the practice and it's staff. The reception team have been helpful and understanding when booking appointments. The doctors and nurses we've seen have all been immensely helpful. I've not struggled to get an appointment when needed, nor had to wait in lengthy phone queue. Very Grateful!

Classic example of the state of the NHS right now due to it being sliced, diced and sold off by a completely inept government. Phoned to book an appointment to get bloods checked, they said come to our drop in clinic. Following week went to the drop in clinic first thing 8:30am, and there are no signs, no information about the process nothing that says you have to check-in. Couple after me got seen before me. Then when I eventually went in the Doctor says I can't do them now, you need another appointment. Seriously?!?!? After waiting 1 hour with people coughing, spluttering and spreading germs in reception I am then back to square zero. It's a total disgrace and shambles. Don't believe a word they say they have no idea on the process and if you get the results of any test you're half lucky!!

Incredible service today. In two hours I had been spoken to by a doctor, had a consultation and examination and had my bloods done at Wharfedale, all without a hitch. Kindness, courtesy, extremely compassionate service. In very difficult times, all this was truly appreciated. Thank you all.

Very disappointed with this surgery. Although I can't complain about the reception staff who obviously are front line and working as instructed, the whole ethos of this surgery is dumbfounding. It doesn't feel like the patient is at the heart of their intentions. I checked the website which states they do an open surgery. I rushed this morning getting my son ready to get there before 8.30am to find out they no longer have an open surgery and because of COVID it will probably never return (what an excuse, other surgeries still offer this service). Firstly it would be helpful if the website was updated to give people a fighting chance. I came away feeling like it's made so difficult to be seen anymore (2 week wait for an appointment) and that putting up with the health issues is our only option. #businessforprofithidingbehindtheNHSname!
