        I am so pleased with my Semi permanent make up, lower eyeliner. Emma was so friendly and professional and explained the whole procedure to me before, during and after. The eyeliner is so neat. Fantastic service and would highly recommend Emma. Her studio is beautiful and spotlessly clean. My eyes stand out a mile and this is my first experience of semi permanent make up. I might even consider my upper eye eyeliner! The price is very reasonable. Thanks again. Service: Permanent makeup
