Were incredibly pleased with Johns work. Hes turned an unloved and cold attic space into a fantastic master suite for us. Hes creative approach to rearranging the space together with a dormer design that is sympathetic to our Edwardian villa has made a stunning new bedroom, en-suite and dressing room for us. Johns communication with both us and our builder has been outstanding. Hes designed have responded to what we hoped to achieve and provided us with valuable advice that has helped us bring in the build within budget. John really understood what we wanted and drew up plans for our loft conversion and a future downstairs extension. He worked out a difficult roof angle problem, made useful suggestions and was supportive throughout. We were refused planning the first time but John masterminded a solution and we were successful. He put us in touch with a great building control company and sorted out all the structural calculations, all I had to do was pay the invoices. Our main contractor thought he was great to work with, an excellent and speedy communicator, and was impressed that he came on site to check on progress during the build.

Flinn Architecture provided a great service right from the start. We met with them on site and explored options, they quickly produced drawings and tweaked them until we were happy. They met on site with local planning officer to work around conservation area rules. Made the whole planning process seem simple tho Im sure it wasnt! Responded very quickly to queries and suggestions. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Professional, prompt, friendly, courteous service, and good value. Great at gathering and understanding our requirements and turning them into a set of plans which balanced excitement with enough knowledge and understanding of the local planning regime to give it the best chance of success. Our planning application was approved at the first submission. We are really happy with the design and the result.
