First rate service, very helpful staff, no hard sell, would certainly buy my next car from Brands. Nothing was to much trouble for them. The car is pretty good to.

I am delighted with W H Brand. Every time I visit the premises, staff are unfailingly polite. Callum Crosby was a pleasure to work with. He has a quietly professional approach which I appreciate. Originally, my wife and I requested a ZS EV in red, but this was not apparently available and for a long time we thought we would receive a white vehicle. However, as delivery day approached, Callum found a way of sourcing a red car. Not only that, but ours came with a sunroof, which we had understood was being discontinued. So, delivery day was a happy day indeed. Adam Brand perfectly handled the delivery with a level of courtesy and attention that is rare these days. In summary, I cannot recommend W H Brand highly enough. I really feel that I have been taken care of by professionals who have a talent in satisfying customers.
